Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every pair. If they are not right for any reason, you have 60 days from delivery to send them back, at no cost to you.
The short version
- 60 days from delivery. On everything, including the made to order Florence.
- Free return shipping. We send you a prepaid label.
- Free size exchanges. Any size, no questions asked.
- Refunds within 7 business days. To your original payment method, once the return reaches us.
- Unworn and unused. In the original packaging, with the dust bag included.
Starting a return or exchange
Email support@fabbruccio.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it posts.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In the original packaging, with the dust bag.
- Returned within 60 days of the delivery date on your tracking confirmation.
If an item arrives in a condition that does not meet the above, we will contact you before processing.
The Florence, made to order
The Florence is made to order, and it is covered by the same 60-day return policy from delivery. If the fit is not right or you change your mind within 60 days of receiving your pair, email support@fabbruccio.com and we will handle it the same way.
The window starts at delivery. For a made to order pair that means 60 days from the day it arrives, not from the day you ordered.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free. If you ordered a size and want to try another, just let us know when you email us and we will ship the replacement once we confirm your return is on the way back. You pay nothing for the exchange or the shipping in either direction.
